Payment Terms:

• Revenue will be transferred to the influencer after the completion of a 7-day return and refund window, starting from the date the customer receives the shipment. This ensures that the sales are finalized and not subject to returns or refunds.
• Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold agreed upon with the influencer.

Collaboration Guidelines:

• Influencers are expected to promote Mogamboo Clothing in a manner that aligns with our brand values and ethos.
• We prioritize influencers who resonate with our target audience (aged 16-50, India-based, interested in premium fashion).

our products. Influencers are encouraged to regularly promote our brand through diverse formats such as posts, stories, reels, and live sessions on social media platforms, focusing on driving conversions.

Mogamboo Clothing encourages influencers to maintain transparency in their promotions. Any sponsored content must be
clearly disclosed to followers as per industry regulations. We also encourage
influencers to engage with our brand as long-term partners, and exclusive deals may be offered to top performers for continued collaborations.
